Taxation is a single hop, single malt hazy IPA that was brewed with an experimental barley variety from the University of California at Davis and hopped with 100% Mosaic. The result is a juicy and fruit-forward IPA with light bitterness. The nose is ripe with notes of blueberry, mango, and a hint of freshly cut grass. The tongue is treated to a fruit medley including notes of blueberry, mango, and citrus, laced with hints of pine and and a light spice.
