Mixed culture sour ale with Pinot Noir grapes aged in a French oak foeder

This ridiculous mixed culture sour ale, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Dogfish Head, was inspired by Sam Calagiones love for verjus. Underripe Pinot Noir grapes were used to add acidity and a touch of color to the beer before aging in a French Oak foeder for seven months.
