Crafted using traditional processes and tahona-crushed agave, this still-strength Plata tequila is our first in a series of limited-edition releases celebrating the Sauza family legacy. This LTO honors Don Cenobio, one of the fathers of tequila, and his unmistakable impact on the tequila industry.

• COLOR:Brilliantly clear and colorless
  
• AROMA:Notes of agave with hints of citrus and sweet floral
  
• TASTE:Initial spiciness, with toasted oak, on a background of herbs and fresh agave. Exceptionally well balanced with no bite or burn
  
• FINISH:Lingering white pepper, finishing clean and cool
