Commercial Description:

Aiming to stay true to Bissell’s recipe, we used a hefty amount of Golden Promise malt, which resulted in a fluffy, hazy golden yellow, practically begging us to dive in for the first sip. Swishium wastes no time in making its presence known, serving up the perfect balance of tropical and citrus aromas. Waves of fruit crash across the palate, from pulpy orange juice and mango nectar to candied grapefruit and ripe summer melon. A soft mouthfeel and light-to-moderate, piney bitter finish reminiscent of the original rounds out each sip with a refreshing finish.
