Rum barrel-aged sour tripel ale with toasted coconut and vanilla

This small lot of tripel has a rich body, and medium-subtle acidity that is enhanced by the creaminess of both the coconut and vanilla. After a long sojourn in rum barrels, it gains depth and complexity. It’s a trip alright.
