Gaudry wines are in tune with the elements, instilling a feeling of being profoundly connected to the land. Driven by his deep respect for the wisdom of past generations of local vignerons, Gaudrys wines are inspired by history and, as a result, are among the most transparent, soulful, and authentic in the region. They are also amongst the most limited due to his artisanal scale.

A new plot by Vincent Gaudry, located on a hill with a clay-limestone soil. This Sauvignon blanc produces a dry, fresh, young wine that feels somewhat round and fleshy. Citrus notes dominate and confirm both the grape and the terroir. The acidity is nicely balanced and provides a wine that you can enjoy with shellfish, grilled fish and poultry. Various goat cheeses will also complement this wine perfectly.
